handful of spinach ( camote tops,malunggay leaves and saluyot will work)
handful of cilantro or ampalaya tops
1 celery stalk
1 apple 1 Tbsp. coco nectar
juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove (optional)
1&#8243; knob of ginger

Run all ingredients through a juicer and drink immediately for the most powerful boost of vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
